how it works

1. Consultation Call
After you submit an inquiry form, I will be in touch with my pricing and info guide, and a link where you can schedule your free consultation call. These calls are 15-20 minute video calls where we can meet “in person” to see if we’re a great fit!

2. We Make it Official
After our call, I will send a booking proposal with a contract and invoice. Once I have your e-signature and retainer fee, you’ll be booked and can cross “find my wedding photographer” off your to-do list!

3. Let the Fun Begin!
I will send you a welcome gift, planning guide, and will keep in touch throughout the planning process. I’ll be there every step of the way as we countdown to your wedding day! After your wedding, I will send first looks within 48 hours, and your full gallery within 8 weeks!

Can I add more hours to my wedding collection?
Absolutely! If we’re in the planning process, and it looks like more hours will be beneficial, I will reach out to you for you to consider that option.
When and how will I get my photos?
First looks are sent within 48 hours of your wedding day, and your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding day. Each of these galleries will be online, and I will deliver them via email!
What is required at booking?
Your e-signature on the contract, and your retainer fee. Retainer fees are 30% of your total collection, and lock in your date. Once I have those two things, you’re officially booked, and we can throw confetti and start planning for your wedding photography!
Can we add albums and prints to our collection after we’ve booked?
Yes, absolutely! I will send a new invoice for fine art albums and prints. I will send you a proof of your album design, and once you’ve approved it, the print-lab will begin creating it for you!
Do you travel outside of Dallas-Fort Worth, or Texas for weddings?
Yes, absolutely!! I am always down to celebrate with you, wherever you are - or wherever you’re headed!
Can I swap a second shooter for an engagement session?
We can always add an engagement session to your collection, but I don’t swap out second shooters for other services. Here’s why: Second shooters are essential to me giving you the high-quality photos and wedding day experience. I’m not able to be in two places at once, and a second shooter helps with that, as well as capturing candid moments happening around us, creative angles, and assists me so that I’m able to serve you well.
